WORKSHOPS
TriYoga® flows are systematized so that as strength, knowledge and flexibility increase students will be able to progress through levels. Workshops are meant to deepen students yoga practice and offer students personal instruction to facilitate proficiency through levels. Students will receive hands on postural adjustments to gain awareness of the proper alignment to promote a strong mind/body connection.
Workshops also include "pranayama" breathing practice, and will conclude with a period of deep relaxation.
Workshops are offered on Saturday's of from 12:30-3. See below for a description of workshops currently offered.
- "Introduction to TriYoga®"- This workshop will introduce students to the foundation postures and principals consistent with TriYoga®. Some principals include: spinal wavelike flowing movements, the use of mudras to maintain focus, breath control, introduction to the chakras and asana practice. This workshop is for beginners as well as students looking to refine their practice.

- "Open the hips"- This class focuses on increasing energy and flexibility from the hips to toes. This creates greater health and vitality in the pelvic region, hips, legs, and feet. (March , 24 2007)
- "Free the spine"- This TriYoga flows class emphasizes spinal wavelike movements that increase strength, flexibility, and energy in the spine as well shoulders, chest, and abdomen. The flowing movements help lengthen the spine and strengthen the back. (April 21, 2007)
- "Level 1"- This workshop is great for beginners or students interested in a bridge from basics to level one. This is the "Earth Series", this workshop will include standing postures and sun salutations. (May 26, 2007)

Workshops are 2 1/2 hours. The cost is $25 in advance or $30 the day of the workshop.
