TRIYOGA LEVELS
Basics
This class is ideal for students
new to TriYoga®. This class is also great for TriYoga® students
seeking a gentle, relaxing, and meditative practice. Basics prepares students
to progress through subsequent levels.
Level 1
This is called the "Earth Series".
This class is intended for students that are familiar with TriYoga®.
The earth series focuses on grounding with earth. Some asanas include...
Triangle, Warrior, Pyramid, and Tree.
Level 2
Called the "water series". This series is
for more advanced students. Students
will work with spinal wavelike movements through meditation in motion.
Some asanas include...Swan, Cobra-Mountain swings, and plow.
Level 3
This is called the "fire series". This advanced
series brings much heat to the body. Some asanas include... raised cobra,
hannaman, scorpion and wheel.
Level 4
This is called the "Air series". This class
is for students of TriToga® which are truly proficient in the four
levels above. The air series includes flowing intuitive asanas.
